So What is Mental Fitness?

Mental fitness affects everything you do, and is the greatest predictor of happiness.

The Positive Intelligence (PQ) model identifies 10 saboteurs and 5 sage powers that determine our level of “mental fitness”, or our ability to manage negative emotions and stressful situations in a healthy way.

You know those negative emotions you experience, like frustration, disappointment, worry, guilt, self-doubt, shame, “fill in the blank”?

Those are your saboteurs.

We all have them.

The good news is we have access to positive emotions too -  like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm as a result of our sage brain.  As we learn to strengthen our sage powers we weaken our saboteurs running our life.

What to Expect...


Three private coaching sessions.
You will have access to my online client portal to set up times convenient for you.

Each Friday you’ll have access to a 1-hour video that introduces the focus of the week  Watch it between Friday and Monday. Shirzad Chamine, the founder of Positive Intelligence, narrates these videos.

Tuesday-Friday you will have three 2-minute app-guided PQ practices throughout the day, plus access to the PQ gym to support 15 minutes total daily practice.

You’ll be part of a “pod” of up to 5 individuals facilitated by me. We meet for 30 minutes once a week to reflect and talk about our experience and hold us accountable.

Our pod will have a private Facebook group to support each other’s growth and learning.
